We are very proud to announce that next year, we shall be organizing the Annual Meeting of the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ECVO).
It will be held from May 24th to 27th 2012 in the magnificent city of Trieste (Italy), at Palazzo dei Congressi della Stazione Marittima.
The meeting’s objectives are to advance veterinary ophthalmology and to improve and increase the competence of the delegates. A Continuing Education Day on Thursday, specialized lectures given by renowned speakers, free communications, poster presentations and a Masterclass on Sunday will offer an excellent scientific programme.
The overall topic of the meeting will be “Hereditary eye diseases”.
Approximately 350 delegates from 20+ countries across Europe, the USA and Australia are expected to attend this meeting.
The delegates will include academic scientists, leading specialists and all European residents in veterinary ophthalmology. Veterinary practitioners and students interested in animal eye diseases will also be part of the group.
Reaching the right audience with information about your company or organization and the products and services you offer is critical to success in today’s competitive business environment.
This is why there will be a commercial exhibition which will provide a unique opportunity to display your company’s products and services to a highly focussed selection of potential customers. Our programme incorporates time to allow delegates to visit all the exhibitors.
Sponsorship will be another way to support this event.
The wide range of exhibit and sponsorship opportunities available will allow you to choose a package that fits your particular marketing strategy.
Ms. Schroettenhammer, director of CSM, the company helping us with the organization of the Meeting, will be glad to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
Previous meetings were a great success, each year bringing together a larger number of colleagues from all over the world. Veterinary Ophthalmology has made great progress in recent years, and your support will help that progress continue.
To those of you who attended the meeting in previous years, thank you for making our meetings very successful.
For those of you who were unable to attend in previous years, we want to extend a special invitation for you to consider attending next year’s Meeting in Trieste (Italy).
On behalf of the ECVO, we hope you will consider sponsoring or exhibiting at this promising and worthwhile event.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
