After you have sent us your contribution, we would like to inform you about the technical requirements / instructions for the digital presentation.

The following specifications must be followed:

• The aspect ratio of your PowerPoint presentation should be 16:9.
• By sending us your material you accept the publication of your material within the framework of the ECVO annual conference.
• Your test material should consist of only the mp4 file (video) of your presentation.
• To submit your submission, please use the intagrated option within the abstract submission system or WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) and direct your upload to: abstract@eventclass.org.
• Please leave a note with “ECVO 2022”, your name and e-mail address so that we can correctly assign your presentation(s).
• mp4 video files – file specifications:
  • aspect ratio 16:9
  • Maximum resolution 1080p (1920×1080 pixels)
  • The file size should be less than 1 GB.

Please include conflict of interest disclosure information at the end of your presentation.
