Guidelines
- Please create an account in the submission system.
- Each submitting author may submit a maximum of one oral and one poster abstract.
- Authors must clearly specify during the submission process whether they are submitting their work as a poster and/or an oral presentation. The final presentation format will be determined by the Scientific Committee, taking the authors’ original preference into account wherever possible.
- If an abstract is accepted (either as a poster or oral presentation), the presenting author is expected to attend and present in person (virtual presentations are not permitted). No retractions will be accepted except under unforeseen circumstances.
- Your submission must be written in English.
- Your submission has to be structured in Purpose | Methods | Results | Conclusion.
- Please report any conflict of interests
- Your abstract is limited to 250 words (excluding title, author affiliations, references, and conflict of interests).
- The upload of images and or graphics is not permitted.
- Please add 3 to 5 keywords to your abstract.

Information for presenters
After you have sent us your contribution, we would like to inform you about the technical requirements/instructions for the digital presentation.
There will be the possibility to upload your media files via the abstract submission system.

- The aspect ratio of your PowerPoint presentation should be 16:9.
- By sending us your material you accept the publication of your material within the framework of the ECVO annual conference.
- To submit your presentation, please use the integrated option within the abstract submission system or WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) and direct your upload to: abstract@eventclass.org.
- Please leave a note with “ECVO 2026”, your name, and e-mail address so that we can correctly assign your presentation(s).
